Taxi to and from BEST WESTERN PLUS Condado Palm Inn & Suites

Hi- I am staying at BEST WESTERN PLUS Condado Palm Inn & Suites the night before my cruise. Can anyone please give me an idea of taxi costs:

From airport to hotel ( we are a party of 4 with at least 4-5 pieces of luggage)

From hotel to Pan Am Pier.

How much do you tip?

Zone 3=15.00

1-5 Pass=0

3 bags=3.00

Gas surcharge=2.00

10pm-6am=1.00

Total 21.00+tip

We took taxi to OSJ-Pier. Don't have form for that one.
