Helsinki and Stockholm free walking tours?

Does anyone have information about the free tours offered in Helsinki and Stockholm? We've book them for Cpenhagen and Tallin and they look fantastic. Any information will be much appreciated. Happy cruising all.

Helsinki is spread out a bit. We did a tram tour with a guide. I would recommend doing something like that or even a tram tour on you own. I know many do that.

We did all 3 of the free Stockholm tours last July. All were great. But they can be a bit of walking especially the Soder tour. It was worth it as we were really off the tourist beat even though we were within sight of it.
