Creative idea! I'm really excited about this!

I was looking at a thread in another forum that mentioned the idea of sending yourself postcards from your ports of call instead of journaling. I thought that since it is our wedding cruise, we should write them to eachother and send them either in port or from the ship and then have them bound into a little book at staples or office max when we get back. I doubt they'll really be about the trip much (I've already approved the use of "your butt looked amazing in the shorts you wore today") but that's okay. It seems like a fun keepsake so I thought I would share.
