Default Casino question/ charges?

With all the new charges RCCL is handing out, I am wondering is there fee to get money in the casino? I know they have limits on the amounts per day...I would hope no one would ever need that much in one day.

We were on the Voyager a month ago and my son was always getting cash against his card to play with with no fee.

Please don't give them any new ideas or pretty soon, we'll be paying an ATM charge every time we use the Sea pass card.

Until NOS Sailing 10/23/04

Several cruises, but why list them when no one cares?
