Chichen Itza/Progresso

We usually do not do excursions, but one of the stops on the upcoming Rhapsody cruise is Progresso. My question is has anyone experienced this tour?

It is a pretty long day and I was wondering do they feed you? Are there stops along the way?

The $72 pp fee is ok because there are only two of us, but I am looking for any advice to maximize the experience.

If given the choice, I would choose Uxmal. It's closer and to me and many others, more impressive and prettier. Oh! And alot less crowded. I've been to both.
