Here was the reply from CC:

Hi there,

Royal Caribbean has not notified us of any date by which they will start having meet and mingle gatherings again.  When they do, we will of course post this information on the forums.  In the meantime, many members are arranging gatherings among themselves on the roll calls.  If you check the roll call for your cruise, you or another member can suggest an informal gathering onboard.
