  1. You need to go to your summary.  Under Itinerary, Onboard Packages, Gifts & More Items you see the itinerary by day.  When you click on a day, it will tell you what you have booked for that day and the time.

  2. Something to keep in mind...just because it is sugar free does not mean it is low on carbs.  I have been type 1 diabetic for 47 years and have found that most "sugar-free" items have more carbs than their "sugar" items.  Sometimes it is better to eat the things with sugar in them to avoid higher carbs.  I have also done 8 cruises so far and never had an issue with finding no carb meals as that is how I prefer to eat.  You just need to check your sugars more often while cruising to make corrections when necessary.

  3.  Ok, I am confused now.  Star 3/1/19 sail date shows no cabins available at all yet they are still offering sail away rates for both insides and balconies.  How can they offer that if there are no cabins available?  I have bids in but don't know how I will get one accepted unless someone cancels within the next 17 days, then I have a chance.  Does NCL hold some cabins, show them as sold, and then use them for the last minute bookers that book the sail away rates?

  4. CruiseGal999, I just booked the cabin for her, she paid me for the deposit and she is aware that she lost it also. I paid for our cabin and one of my sons cabin and my son will pay me back if he can....if he can't, I am OK with that. I had no intention of paying for any of my DIL's mother cabin, she wanted to go and she though she could afford it. We thought the extra hands for the 2yr old twins that are going would be great. Unfortunately, she works on commission only and it has not been a few good months so she could not afford it. Thank you for your input though. Sorry you got stiffed, that must have been awful.

  5. Sorry to confuse. Had 3 cabins booked originally. One with me, my husband, and one grandchild (balcony-deck 7), One with my son, DIL, and two grandchildren, (balcony-deck 7), one with my other son and his husband (balcony-deck 7). I then added a 4th cabin for my DIL's mother and her son (inside-deck 7) but when I added the cabin DIL's mother was put in the 2nd balcony with my son and 2 grandchildren and my DIL and her brother were put into the new cabin (inside-deck 7). They are saying I can't change names in the balcony cabin from DIL's mother to DIL or in the inside from DIL to DIL's mother due to the VIFP numbers. I want to cancel the inside cabin because DIL's mother and her son cannot cruise (or pay).

  6. Ok, I originally booked 3 cabins for our family cruise, 2 balconies right next to each other and another one at the back of the ship on the same deck. Then my DIL's mother wanted me to add a room for her and her son. So I booked the room but DIL's mother wanted to be in the same room as her grandkids so we had her put in the room with my son and had my DIL put in room we just booked with her brother. Now DIL's mother cannot pay for the cruise and asked me to cancel. Final payment is 1/2/18 that will be put against my cc unless I cancel. Carnival is telling me that we can't cancel the 1 cabin and move my DIL back to the cabin she started with because of the VIFP numbers. They are saying that in order to do this they have to put my son and DIL in a different cabin on a different deck. I tried to change the names online but was unsuccessful, said I needed to call. Any help to get this done would be greatly appreciated. BTW my personal cruise planner is on vacation until 1/2/18. Help!
