Don't know about the Celebration, but on the Glory last May it was always available at the bar in the casino, it has a big storage room behind the bar so sometimes they would have to go in there to get it. Sometimes it was available at the aft pool bar, never at Red Frog or Blue Iguana. Going on the Celebration in May, so I would appreciate it if you update this after your cruise.

Is there any place to get mixed drinks at the Public Beach or do you have to go over to the bar at the Kimpton?

I was also on the Horizon last week. When the casino was packed it was definitely quite warm in there. Some areas were certainly warmer than others but I didn't find anything unbearable, but I was never cold on any area of the ship. The weather was very warm so maybe that had something to do with it? Didn't have any problem keeping our cabin cool. I agree 100% with the person who mentioned the food quality in the lido along with the lack of variety, the food was my biggest disappointment of the cruise.
