Thanks, I am also doing other information gathering (appreciate the books pointer, I will look that up!), but was mainly looking for opinions. I'm sure you all get this a lot, but I really do appreciate the responses :)
Also, I know you can't recommend specific TAs, but any idea on what to look for in a good one?

Could also be beginning of March too, to widen out the scope.

Short details -
We love Disney, don't love Disney prices. Looking to cruise in February 2016 out of California (trying to hit Disneyland before or after). The where doesn't matter as much. We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary and kids will be Boy - just turned 3yo, Boy - almost 5yo, Girl 7.5yo.
We sailed on RCI for our honeymoon to the Caribbean and enjoyed it, but that was 10 years ago and we were mostly drinking and in the casino :D
We more than likely will not be doing a ton of excursions, so a ship with a lot to do is a major plus. Also choosing to cruise when the youngest is able to go into the kids' clubs. I'd love it if we could hit a kids sail free promotion, obviously that is just luck of the draw.
I'm mainly looking at DCL and RCI right now, but NCL and Carnival intrigue me. We would definitely need somewhere that fits 5+ people in a cabin or would have adjoining rooms. Looking at 7 day cruise more than likely. Preferably cheaper, but under 10k is ok - we will be splurging. A line that lets you bring alcohol on board would be a major plus.
If you need any more info, let me know, I've been reading review after review and am a bit overwhelmed.
Narrowed it down a bit, help me pick a line?

Will do! So it's not so much what the specific agency can offer as much as if you click with the agent? I don't mind doing a ton of the legwork and research (hence why I am looking so far in advance), but would like more access to good OBC offers. So maybe look for the bigger agencies then?
Also, I know I'm a complete n00b with regards to cruising (I can do Disney with my hands tied behind my back but the learning curve on cruising is a bit daunting). I appreciate you all giving good info :)
