Thanks!! this is our first cruise. Wondering if you know - If they give us on board credit, and we don’t end up using it - does that just disappear? Or would it get refunded to us on our credit card at the end?

I got a good deal on a spa booking a while back, but I won’t be able to attend it because of an excursion. Instead of canceling, I’d like to let someone i’m traveling with just go instead of me. Does anyone have any experience as to whether the spa would let me send someone else in my place? I tried calling royal, but they said I’d have to wait to talk to someone while on board. The only thing they could suggest in advance of the sailing would be the cancel, and then rebook. Hoping to avoid that, cause then we’d lose the deal.

Mine finally just got cancelled, and the OBC was issued. It was $50 per person booked.

Thanks. I’m not seeing it there for some reason - but maybe that’s because I’m on mobile, and I’d need to check it out on my desktop? anyways though, I did a dummy booking for an excursion, and in the checkout page, it’s giving me an option to apply OBC. So, it looks like it has posted!
