Yes, Seascape does have various performers in the bars. We saw a solo guitarist/singer in the Loft lounge. We also saw some other entertainers in the Cabaret Rouge, like a magician, singer, and a band one night. I'm sure there are others that we just did not see.

Thanks all for your responses. Sounds like a dud for embarkation. Not a big fan of the buffet. MSC needs to step it up. Americans like bar food and Bloody Mary's!!
Thanks again all!!

We will be cruising on the Seascape in a few weeks. Looking for any suggestions on a place to enjoy some fun food and drinks (included in cruise fare) for embarkation day lunch. On Royal and Norwegian we always found a bar-type place to enjoy the embarkation vibe. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thank you in advance!!

Greetings fellow cruisers... We are cruising on the Seascape soon. We have friends that are booked in the Yacht Club, but we are not. Will we be able to "cross the velvet rope" and be with them at their pool, or in their restaurant, bars, etc? Or is this area strictly for Yacht Club passengers?
Thank you in advance for any info!

I am curious though... We don't usually bring ANY formal wear on the cruises for formal night for our NCL and RC cruises. Is this going to bite us? We are cruising on the Seascape (Western Caribbean) on January 29th, 2023. We generally wear nice shorts, button down shirt and decent "summer" mens shoes. Like someone else said, it is hot weather, so we don't feel comfortable dressing up, especially on vacation! Does anyone have any insight on how this will go over??
Thanks in advance!!

Great! Thanks GA Dave! Did they advertise them in the daily schedule/newsletter?

Does anyone know if MSC has LGBTQ meet ups during a 7 day cruise? All of the other cruise lines seem to have these at least twice, if not daily. But I cannot seem to find any info about it. We will be on Seascape January 29th to Western Caribbean.
Thanks!!

Hey all... I have seen several threads about the lack of beaches on Grand Cayman (George Town). Just wondering if there are any updates in this regard. Haven't seen much lately and hoping there are more options now. We will be there on MSC Seascape on February 2nd, 2023. We are simply looking for a beach to plop down on and have some drinks and snacks. Our ship does not arrive until 10:00am. Looks like Public Beach would be our best bet. Has anyone had any better experiences, or heard of any newly refurbished beaches that may be open by then?
Thanks in advance for any responses!!

Another vote for Trellis Bar! We met here several times before dinner. They have a few tables that you can sit at if the bar is full. It's a great spot!

I was on the same sailing... where was it?
Hmmm... How do I explain? It was very close to the Cashiers window. Near a bank of Lightening slot machines. Not sure if this helps!

Yes! We were on Allure the week of Jan 26th thru Feb 2nd. We played Let It Ride several nights.

Hi all... I'm wondering about logistics when going to the thrill park at CoCo Cay. So when we arrive, can we safely leave our belongings on a chair somewhere and have a central place to meet? We will be a group of 4 and we may not all do the same things. Or are there lockers that we can use to lock up our stuff? If so, is there a charge for a locker?
Just trying to figure out if we should bring a back pack, or leave it on the ship.
Thank you in advance for your replies!

I confirmed with RCI this morning... this is NOT the Black Friday sale. This sale ends tomorrow and a new sale starts on Friday. Hopefully prices will be better!

It took forever to load, but did finally - the prices across the board, though, are nothing better than I've seen over the last 3 months 😞 (Harmony 5/2020 sailing)
Yup. Same here. I previously got the UBP for $57 pp/pd. Black Friday sale is at $61. What a let down!

I see the banner for the Black Friday sale in cruise planner. But when I log in, it keeps asking me to log in again. Then I see prices for the beverage package, but it gives a range of prices as if I am not actually logged into my cruise planner. Is anyone else having this problem? Maybe I can't actually get the deal until Black Friday??

What is the easiest/fastest way to rent a car for the day from Port Canaveral? Can you get a car right at the pier?
There are shuttle buses that pick you up right at the pier. There is a designated area for them to pick you up. Before your trip, just confirm that your rental agency has a pick up point there. But I believe that most of the major rental agencies are there. The shuttle will take you to the rental office which is only a few minutes away. I believe we used Enterprise or Alamo when we did this.

Hi everyone! Does anyone know how one would pre-pay tips for an upcoming cruise? Usually I see recommendations from RCI and a way to pre-pay them. My cruise is end of January so maybe that will be forthcoming?
Thanks in advance!!

Hi all! I am booked in an upcoming cruise on the Allure in January. I have booked all that I can from the RCI website - I guess you can't BOOK your entertainment on the app? That's fine. I received confirmation of all that I booked on-line, but nothing shows in my calendar on the app. Perhaps it only shows up when you are on-board? Does anyone know?
Also, none of the Aqua shows are scheduled yet. Will they add them later so that we can book ahead of time? Or must you book these on the ship?
Thank you all in advance for your help!

Thank you everyone! So Wipe Out Café and Johnny Rockets for Omelets. Got it! Thank you!!!

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that they do not have an omelet station in the Windjammer on the Allure. Is there anywhere on the Allure that has an omelet station for breakfast??
Thank you all in advance!!

Odyssey - Omelet Station?
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Does anyone know if the Odyssey of the Seas has an omelet station at the buffet? Or is there a certain venue that we need to go to for made to order omelets? I ask because when we were on the Oasis, they didn't have an omelet station at the buffet, but at a separate venue somewhere else on the ship.
Thanks in advance for any info!!
