Got off the elevator with two very short (that’s relative here, I’m not height shaming) men about 20-30 years apart and a 20 something college kid. The younger man rested his hand on the older man’s shoulder, and the young guy, after exchanging pleasantries, says “Happy Pride! Great place to ring it in!”

he was clearly just an awkward dude being earnest and trying to be sweet, but guys…. They were absolutely father and son. I instantly became a combination of Larry David and Homer Simpson retreating back into the bushes at the back of the elevator…

Walked up to the front deck on 9 (it has the larger overhang over the bridge) and went I went to take the picture of the amber cove sign that’s about the exact moment I heard the squeal of the topless woman on the balcony next to me diving out of the way 

I definitely relaxed hard all right 

Had a nice relaxing day… finished my book on the balcony, got a nice nap in, did generally nothing… feeling pretty darn rested 

The sun, like myself, just didn’t really feel like

getting out today 

It’s funny now that I look at the paper copy actually…. The Viva Variety show is completely different on the printed copy than the digital copy I posted earlier. Hmmmm

It was wild watching the last two sets in Heroes last night. NYR fans were so confused and cranky - but the ESPN Caribbean feed couldn’t switch til the match was over, and the timing made little sense. They had what they wanted by the first intermission though.
