A glass of the Australian Coriole Shiraz/Sangiovese from McLaren Vale might be worth a try. Not tasted it and an odd blend, but they know their reds at Coriole so I'd trust them. Incidentally the two whites (sauv blanc) they list as Australian are in fact from NZ, which will no doubt upset the Kiwis no end! Not a fan of antipodean s-b so can't help with those. Enjoy the cruise (we'll be embarking on VS in Barcelona in December next year).
