My wife and I will be visiting St. Lucia in December from 8AM-6PM and have been searching for a place away from the cruise crowd to spend a relaxing day. We typically enjoy the boutique hotels/resorts, and are always looking for places to return for a full trip in the future.
I came across Calabash Cove and it looks like an excellent option. I searched quickly to see what I could find on here and saw some older posts mentioning that they take day guests as space allows. I'm planning on contacting them directly, but also wanted to post here and gather any feedback. Thanks in advance to anyone that is able to share their experience or knowledge.

Hello All,
We're scheduled to arrive in Grand Turk in 2 weeks on Regal Princess and I've seen some conflicting information regarding the recent ships that were re-routed away to other ports. Some people are adamant it was a Carnival decision to re-route several ships to Nassau after an incident involving two sick people on a single ship and uncertainty on whether future passengers would be able to disembark, while others are saying that the Grand Turk port turned them away. Does anyone have any solid information? We have never been to Grand Turk and are really looking forward to visiting Jack's Shack.
Thanks in advance!

We just got off Regal Sunday. We had cabin E405. Great cabin nice size balcony.
Hi geocruiser, do you have any pictures from Regal E405? First time booking "obstructed" and seems so far we got quite the deal!

Hey everyone. I am hoping to hear some advice from those of you that are much more experienced cruisers. We are trying to decide on shore excursions for this trip, and really had our hearts set on experiencing parasailing for the first time. We have traditionally ALWAYS booked our shore excursions directly through Princess, but parasailing is not offered at any port.
I found the following 3rd party excursion available in Aruba and think it would be of the best places to try it for the first time because of the beautiful water and landscape. It also includes a half hour jet ski rental for 170/pp. I am not too worried about any trouble getting back to the ship on time because it is a shorter excursion and at Palm Beach.

What are your personal opinions on booking direct vs. 3rd party? Has anyone ever booked through that specific site?

Wow, Blanton's and Old Forester bourbon on the Vista Lounge and Casino Bar menus! Seems too good to be true. A long shot I know, but has anyone actually seen these stocked behind the bar?
