Just a quick question about your luggage on disembarkation in Galveston? is it better to leave it out the night before or to take it with you in the morning? does Haven matter? is it different? Thanks so much!

I'm excited to see the Galveston embarkation process for Haven guests. Is there signage outside? is there a different place to drop luggage or just one luggage drop? is it after a general everyone security check? those kinds of things! also the $9.95 messaging between people on the ship? is it in the NCL app and shows up once you are on the ship? or is it a separate app? Thank you! this was the info I was looking for and thought might be the case.. I have a slideshow presentation for my parents and Aunts to give them all the info, they like to be prepared and I hate having to repeat myself 1000 times, so they can reference the slideshow..LOL. My husband and I are taking the group of 6, 75+ year-olds who don't travel often(but know how to join facebook groups and ask lots of questions) to be their guides.

Hi I have seen that some ships on embarkation day give a choice of the Haven restaurant or Specialty dinning ( American Diner) to Haven guest. do you know if they do that on the Prima?and what restaurant is it? since it doesn't have the Diner. Thanks

I was looking and I know that the Owners Suites -H5 get the perks with the bottles in the room, but wondered about the H6 2 bedroom. Does anyone have a copy of a current Haven "Welcome letter" with the Prima listed on it and the list of bottles to choose from? Thanks
