I have a question for those of you who have purchase a future cruise credit while still on their present cruise. This credit requires that you pay $200 usd and receive a 5% credit, plus 100 usd past guest savings , plus additional benefits based on whether you are blue, silver or gold level, on the nest cruise that you book. My question is this: Is he $200 usd payment a deposit or credit toward your next cruise or is it the “price” for purchasing the future cruise credit. thank you

Thank you gnome12. When the AMA cruise arrived in Ho Chi Mihn City, did AMA actually dock in Ho Chi Minh or did they dock in a place that required a bus transport? Can you please comment on how this was arranged? Thanks again

Can someone who has done the Hanoi/Ha Long Bay pre cruise extension on the AMA Riches of the Mekong cruise please tell me which airport they flew out of and on which airline they flew on when they transferred from Ha Long Bay o Siem Reap to begin the cruise portion of their trip? thank you

Thank you Hoosier2017, we are trying to book the Riches of the Mekong for Oct. 23, 2023. Not sure if we want to do the Hanoi/ Ha Long Bay extension through AMA waterways or on our own. With your information, I can at least do a little comparative investigation on which would meet our needs better.

Your cruise sounds amazing. We are planning a Mekong cruise in October this year. We are trying to arrange time in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay on our own pre cruise. Did you have any trouble communicating/getting around during this part of your trip? How did you get from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay? And what cruise company did you sail with on the bay? Did you do a 1 night or a 2 night cruise? thanks for your help.

We are planning to go on a Mekong River Cruise with AMA in October 2023. We are considering adding the extension to Hanoi and Ha Long Bay but I would like to look into this further. Can anyone tell me about the excursions that are offered in Hanoi? Does anyone know which company AMA uses for the 1 night cruise on Ha Long Bay?
