It looks like we will approach the Chops management when we get on board to see if they are doing a first night discount.

With Vilafranche, we are not rushing to get off as such as we are planning a trip on the train to Monte Carlo.

We sailed with Felix over Christmas on the Enchantment 4 months ago. I truly can't say enough positive things about him.....he was indeed a gentleman....attentive, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, did everything he said he would, & in one particular instance, went beyond the call of duty to take care of something. In the few short days we were with him, the experience with him has now spoiled me to the point where I don't want to sail without him being there as it just won't be the same unless he's there!

That's a good point. RCI are really pushing the speciality package.

We board in 25 days and have started making piles of clothes. My dear wife has started sorting her dresses out and they are beginning to appear hanging everywhere !!!

We are going to Vilafranche and will be using the tenders. I am aware that RCI do prioritise there own arranged tours. Then the other passengers who have priority tendering, such as suite guests and diamond + passengers. We will be getting there early to get on the tenders.

Well it won't be an email from Raj who has left Indy. Hopefully I'll get an email from Felix 😎

As of today, Felix Vargas returned from his vacation & is sailing on Independence of the Seas. Enchantment's loss & Indy's gain.....they are sooo lucky to have him!

We are on Indy in May and i have tried searching CC for info about Felix , not much is written about him ? I would like to hear from anyone who has had positive and negative experience with him ?

Have the Free Style machines been installed on Indy yet ?

Bought these from Amazon last year, looking forward to actually using them in 4 weeks time :)

A simple question turns into people with status looking down on people in suites and vice versa. sigh. There are great people in both categories and not-nice people in both categories. When people make sweeping statements it makes me think that they might be in the not-nice category - but I won't decide until I meet them.

Quite agree, with this comment. I never judge people on status. Its what that person is actually like that matters.

Well looks like we will be having lunch in our room on sea days when we board. I think its a shame that lunch had been stopped in Chops for suite guests, it was a nice touch.

Oh dear, it looks like they have cut back on Gold Card privileges, which is a shame. What about the suit pressing for the first formal night ?

We are on Indy in 5 weeks time, so I will wait and see what the email holds from Raj when it comes in a few weeks time. Thanks for posting that, I think its penny pinching if they have stopped the lunch time service in Chops.
