I recently asked this question. You can bring as much as you can carry evidently. Wine only, 15$ per bottle corking fee.

Can I still bring wine on board?
Yes, guests may bring sealed bottles of wine on board for personal consumption. They will be checked prior to embarkation and a corkage fee applied at that time of $15.00 USD for a 750 ml Bottle or $30.00 USD for a 1,500 ml Magnum bottle. Box wines are not allowed on board. -

...which makes it impossible to really know what happened. The series of events makes it difficult to pick a side since one party may have been wrong in one event and the other was wrong in the other....OR one party may interpret the other as wrong in one event and that causes the "wronged" party to act differently than expected in the next event.
We'll never know...
These two seem to wind themselves all up in the inner workings of the staff whenever they can from watching their other videos. An hour long public evisceration of an employee they continued to harass all week is just beyond belief, and flips them neatly from being topical social media influencers to straight up trolls.

When I go to modify my offer the lowest bid is substantially higher than what I already bid - does that mean someone else bid and now the minimum is raised?

It is new. A new process backed up by an aggressive marketing effort that clearly shapes behavior. My upcoming cruise on NCL as a Haven direct booking will probably be my last, meeting so many people that tell me how cheap they got their suite makes me feel like a sucker.

I understand they intend to replace the specialty dining menus with a selection of Hot Pockets (pepperoni are of course an up charge as is using the microwave without the ultimate microwave package)

In short:
- Social media influencer convinces cruise line to give him press / VIP treatment by finding a receptive media partner in their office.
- Employee in the Haven does not recognize this situation and does not respond appropriately to special circumstance.
- Social media influencer feels entitled and does not brush it off lightly.
- Social media influencer decides to make an issue of it then proceeds to engage as many others as possible and make an activity of calling this employee out for his entire cruise through a number of escalating situations.
- Social media influencer informs hotel staff, writes cruise line leadership, decides this is not enough.
- Social media influencer creates an hourlong tarring and feathering video of this employee by name - including naming and providing photos of all the other cruise staff involved.
- Social media influencer uses his channel to distribute said video.

If the moderators watch this thread I would encourage them to delete it - distributing an hourlong video tarring and feathering a specific cruise line employee by name is really over the top.

I don't mind the same menu everyday on our week cruise. The food is good and we only eat dinner at the Haven restaurant maybe once or twice a cruise. I also have my favorites that I look forward to when planning a cruise. If they keep the "classics" and add some rotating dishes that would be good.
What I do have an issue with ( and it has been said OVER and OVER again on CC ) is the marketing inconsistency of the Haven product. With that I mean children. The kid factor may attract some Haven fans over to the Celebrity Retreat. When you advertise something as a peaceful and quiet enclave and then at 2:00 the pool courtyard is like a daycare you have an issue. We were on the Getaway on the Nov. 25th sailing. We missed the holiday family rush but there were a fair amount of small / non-school age children. Even with the upper sundeck being 16 and older you still can hear the screeching and screaming of kids in the courtyard. Thankfully we like to get our sun in the morning hours and didn't have any children as our neighbors. On our Epic Haven cruise we had to complain to the concierge because the child next door was screaming so loud we feared there was an emergency. The parents stated "Oh he's always like that when he has had a long day, but he should fall asleep soon". That's not what we paid for.
With that being said the Haven is still in demand and the suites are always filled. We have one more Haven cruise with a deposit on it and I can't wait to have my almond croissants for breakfast. However, I think after that we may go to MSC or try the Retreat on one of the refurbished ships. Change is always good and maybe some competition will prod NCL to make some positive changes.
I also feel the haven isn’t exactly what it was marketed as.
