as this is my first cruise on Azamra Quest, can i wear smart shorts at dinner and polo shirt?

    RECOMMENDED ATTIRE

    • For women: sportswear, casual dresses, skirts, pants and capris, blouses and knit tops. Light fabrics such as linen, cotton, silk, and wool gabardine are always appropriate.
    • For men: sportswear, collared golf and polo shirts, shorts, pants, and a sport coat if desired (not required). Light fabrics such as linen, cotton, silk, and wool gabardine are best.
    • For Discoveries, Aqualina and Prime C Restaurants: No bare feet, ball caps, tank tops or bathing suits are permitted in these areas. Shorts and torn/distressed jeans are not allowed during dinner.
    • For everyone: Be sure to pack a sweater and a lightweight wind breaker for cooler mornings and evenings. And don't forget your workout clothes! You will also need a pair of sneakers or rubber-soled shoes for deck sports, and a swimsuit and cover-up. You may also want to pack more conservative day/port wear for onshore excursions. This clothing should be culturally appropriate for museums, restaurants and religious sites.

This yor will find on Azamars website.

So the answer is no if you want to have dinner at Main Dinning Room or speciality restaurants.

How about White Nights aka Bright Nights?  How do we find out when those are scheduled?

Unfortunately not before you on board. And due to different circumstances the date also could change.

Late depature is often a hint, when it could happen.

  3. We will also arrive in Milan by night train Saturday morning.

There are trains to Genoa Airport. From there will be a complimentary bus shuttle to the ship. This will work for us although it will be an 3 hours ride.

I fear, Azamara will not compensate. They give FCC.

  4. We have been in Lisbon 2 weeks ago.

There whereserveral test stations we saw.

I remember one near metro Saldhana and one in front of Campo Pequeno.

So I am sure, there will be a lot more.

Have you asked at your hotel?

  5. I tried to find answers to my questions here on CC but I did not. Hoping I will find some help here.

We are booked on a B2B in August.

On Tuesday I sent the form on Azamara website (which I now can not find any longer) with the booking codes. I did not receive an receipt.

How long does it usually take to find the OBC in my account? Will I get an extra e-mail?

Do we have to spend $ 400 till the end of the first cruise or will the hole amount expire at the end of the second leg?

    Thanks in advance!

Tim, I am reading that as meaning the test must be within 24 hours from boarding....  So boarding at 1400 on the Tuesday, means the test can't be sooner than 1400 on the Monday.

I know for entry into the US it does mean anytime the day before, but I'm not sure if like to rely on that interpretation for Azamara.

We did the Antigen on saturday 9.30 AM and emarked sunday 2 PM and ist was okay.

That’s great news, but a little late for some of us. We have already paid to get tested.  They need to get their act together because until today they were advertising that we would have to pay $59 per antigen test. What’s going on with them?  Hope they are better organized on board.

For us too, we did our free PCR-testing yesterday afternoon - but the result maybe will be available on Sunday morning when we are on our flight to Rome. So we did an antigen test for € 10,00 this morning.

  8. Here you can find the information https://www.sanidad.gob.es/en/profesionales/saludPublica/ccayes/alertasActual/nCov/spth.htm

For people arriving by ship the health form is not necessary:

"Passengers arriving in Spain by sea must also be in possession of one of the required health certificates (vaccination, recovery or diagnostic test), whether it is an EU CCD/EU Equivalent or another type, without being required to complete a health control form." (also in this site)

Also the italian entry form is not necessary from May, 1st.
