Update. Apparently my assignment to an obstructed view Verandah (while paying for a Ocean View Guarantee)was NOT the result of a Move-Up bid, but was the assignment I got. Credit card was not charged an I got an updated bid offer that started at Concierge. I'll stick with my Veranda and save the money!
