Yes, we will be cruising. In Charleston just for a couple of hours. But thank you anyway!

Yes, Miami is a stop on the cruise to Bahamas, so no luggage, but I got that it's pretty far walk. I would not mind, but not my husband. Trolley sounds good and affordable))))) and taxi will work if anything. I appreciate all thoughts and advices. Thank you!

Hello,
We have Miami stop on our itinerary. Would be there first time. Googled the port and cruise terminals - it's huuuge. So, the question is - can you walk from your ship to the downtown area or any "civilized" area or it's way too long or no pedestrians allowed? Is there a shuttle? Or you need a taxi?
Thank you,

O, i will! Thank you for the suggestion. Wanted to get to Charleston, if at least for a day for long time. Live in NY, so if not to fly, most itineraries are to Bahamas and Bermuda, going south. After a few times it's getting a little boring. So i was looking for some unusual stops and i found. We got Charleston and Miami! Small ships have their advantage)). (Driving to Baltimore for it)). Anyway, love to walk around, explore all by ourselves, not on guided tours. I hope weather will calm down at the end of October. Now i need to figure out what to do in Miami))

Thank you, Meg! Probably will walk around. And you are right: have enough souvenirs))) tacky or not)))

I'm looking forward to the port. Should be much more better than Port Canaveral - been there twice - just giant parking lot... if you are not going to Disneyland (god forbid) or paying 20 to get you to the local Walgreen's plaza.. Already googled about Old City Market and Watherfront Park. Anyway, looking forward. Another stop is Miami. Any suggestions about that port?

Thank you, ladies. Probably, that would be the best solution to bring my own.

Thank you much, all! I got it.. My hair is also long and thick, so i guess, i'll go into "vacation mode")))

Hello, I'm cruising out of Baltimore on 10/22 and wanted to know how good is the hair dryer in the cabins. I know that ship has been around a little))), so is the dryer modern or old as ship?)) I've been on Norwegian Crown 10 years ago - the ship was 20 years old, so was the dryer..))
Thank you, and i'm on the desk 2..
