That's a new one on me...I was under the impression that *only* your sea pass card could be used, as @Jim_Iain states.
I've used a credit card in a shop in the past. Apex, if memory serves.

Probably, but no one knows for sure. Head over to your Roll Call and see if anyone's posted about passengers in his age group.

I've been on Reflection for 8 days (getting off tomorrow 😢) and haven't seen a single photographer.

Just a note: the last night of the cruise isn't usually Evening Chic because people are packing. It's normal dress requirements, which include no shorts.

Disembarkation info received today on Reflection.
Note that there's a difference between being out of your cabin and off the ship.
P.S. No one's waiting in line for an hour. When our number is called, we get in line with that group and wait maybe 5 minutes to get scanned off the ship and head for our luggage.

It is only for disembarkation? Not for embarkation? Thank you.
You have to be out of your cabin by 8 am on debarkation morning. The Elite lounge will give you a place to sit after that if you have a later luggage tag number.

On Reflection now and have a few, mostly minor, complaints. We've also sailed Silhouette with few complaints. I'd sail either ship again.

On Reflection now. In port from 8-6. Today's live music, in assorted locations at assorted times:
Resident DJ

can any one tell me how the valet parking works at this pier. Do they park your car for you then bring it back to you on departure date. I never tried this before and it would be a lot easier if they do because of our luggage and we both use walkers.
Thank you
Yes. Pull up, and they'll whisk the car away and then bring it up for you.

Typical veranda = actual veranda
Infinite veranda = a window that opens (not an actual veranda)

There's a parking garage shuttle from the Palm Garage to Terminal 29 (and the other way) because there's no parking at 29.

Suite passengers and Zenith Captain's Club (loyalty level) board when they desire.
They arrive when they desire. They board when the ship is cleared to board new passengers.

There are four MDRs; if there's a wait at one, head to another.

Yuk! You must be one of those people that pick your nose and cough into the buffet while getting your food and spread norovirus.
Sigh. He was pointing out other frequently violated norms on the ship. BTW, noro isn't usually spread through coughing.

"A large cruise ship owned by Celebrity Cruises appeared on the horizon of Key West’s Pier B Saturday morning. As it grew larger and larger to the view, so too did a crowd of protesters staged on the adjacent pier. A flotilla of fishing boats, led by local Capt. Will Benson, amassed in the water as well."
Pier B is privately owned, so if they want to let ships dock, they can, vote or no vote.

Me, too. And can't you close the doors and the A/C stays on even with the window open?
No. The window, not the doors, controls the a/c.

Is the Spa Cafe open to everyone, or just spa customers?
Everyone.

First-night discounts are usually available in the cruise planner prior to the cruise. Onboard discounts are much rarer than before COVID.

Depends what you want to do with your pre-cruise time and how much time you have. Early arrival the day before? I'd head to the coast and enjoy the beach. Late(r) arrival? Pick a place near the airport (assuming MCO, there are plenty), have a nice dinner, get a good night's sleep, and head to the port in the morning.
Shuttle between ships in Port Everglades
in Florida Departures

The port runs a shuttle between Pier 29 and the Midport garage.
Otherwise, there is a flat taxi fare for between terminals. I saw it on the sign yesterday when we disembarked -- I think it's $8.
