The more elite the cruise the older the crowd. I don't remember seeing many young people on WindStar and Azamara. Not sure how Seabourn, Silversea, Viking etc. compare. The older I get the less tolerant I am of loud partiers and noisy kids. Getting old happens to everyone except the unlucky or foolish. Though if you watch Bravo's below deck you will see plenty of the young foolish party crowd. Money doesn't buy class.

Is Ajaccio incredibly crowded and the Musee Fesch mobbed during port days? Private tours are insanely expensive and hoping to DIY. The hop on hop off 'train' bus looks to be fun but I worry if I hop off I won't be able to hop back on if Ajaccio is mobbed with tourists.

I'm fully vaccinated but know several people who were too and they still caught Covid. I think that cruises no longer require proof of vaccination or negative Covid tests now. Is Covid still an issue? Norovirus seems to always pop up on cruises does Covid also? Do people have to be quarantined in their cabins if they have Covid or Noro? For immuno-compromised or elderly people these are more serious issues than for healthier younger people. j

What was the minimum? When I look at my cruise I think it is outrageous.

Do the slot machines accept bills or do you charge using your bracelet?

I'm jealous since I'm just a regular rockstar. You will have to drink a lot to get your money's worth but the space and deck will be worth it.
