Thanks for that, fingers crossed.
EDIT:
It wet through OK and I got an auto response.
Actually a very clever auto response, they must have my email in the reply system as the auto response started "Dear Mr <my full mane>"
Sure you will hear from them.

Try this one: latitudes-europe@NCL.com
It worked for me and hope you are successful too!

the form asks for a reason why you are removing it.
you just leave it blank?
Why would you want to do that? Think of all the crew who bust their backs for the passengers each and every day of their lives!

This is ridiculous. They raise them every year.
Most things go up annually, so not sure why it's such a big problem?

Wow! I'm amazed how so many people who are privileged enough to take numerous cruises will quibble over a few hundred
dollars. I certainly would not be enjoying cruise if I worried about every little expense and who is getting it. Personally have never had experiences with staff on ship to make me want to take away any of their livelihood. Hard working folks are the majority. If I do have less than stellar service I will certainly report it but not penalize all other crew members.
So on your page!! This whole fiasco truly amazes me!

I have just had a brain wave.
If I were NCL, I would simply increase ALL cruise fares by $14.50 per person, per day, and this would alleviate the possibility of passengers squabbling over / reversing the payment of $14.50 per day.

I truly battle to understand the logic of some!! People, we are talking about a daily service charge of $14.50 per person per day here and yet it is SUCH a huge problem.
Living in South Africa and with our currency the way that it is, each $ that we spend costs us no less than ZAR14.00 currently. So for a cruise of 7 days, where you are devastated at having to pay an additional $101.50 per person, we would currently be paying around ZAR1421 per person!
And do you know what? We pay it gladly, as this goes towards and is shared amongst the crew - those crew that you see and those that you don't see. Those you don't give a second thought to: those who spend hours producing the copious amounts of food that we get to eat, those in the galley, those in the bowels of the ship washing and pressing your linen, those cleaning up the ongoing mess left by some at meal times, those cleaning the public toilet facilities on the various decks, some which have been left in a disgusting state by some passengers, who clearly have no respect for themselves or anyone else.
And some are wondering if they should only pay half of the DSC, if anything at all? Truly amazing!!!!

The wine list is as I posted above your post, BirdTravels.

I think you are referring to the Viva Vino wine package, where you can purchase 4, 6 or 8 bottles of a selected wine/s at a reduced amount.

With your help, we have now finalised our arrangements for the Rockies coach tour and cruise. Thank you all so much! We will be joining our coach tour at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Downtown Vancouver and will be returned to the same hotel on conclusion of the tour. We then need to get to the cruise terminal for our cruise. I have been searching for reasonably priced hotel accommodation in close proximity to the Hyatt Regency Hotel and this seems to be almost an impossibility to find. Is anyone able to recommend decent budget friendly hotels in this proximity? (We would prefer to walk as opposed to catching taxis). Thank you again, for all your advice and suggestions.

Wow, Gardyloo, thank you for your most informative response to my enquiry! This will certainly help us in making a decision. Yes, we would definitely cruise on NCL, it's our all time favourite cruise lines! We would like, if circumstances and finances permit, to include a coach tour to the Rockies, either before or after the cruise. Now that you have given me peace of mind in terms of your explanations, I will do some more "homework" and hopefully be able to put this all together. Once again, thank you so much!

We are planning an Alaskan cruise for 2019 and would appreciate it if we could receive recommendations for the 7-Day Alaska with Holkham Bay Glacier Fjords from Vancouver. Living in South Africa, one has to consider the cost for flights as well as the long travel times to reach the various departure ports and it would seem that flying into and out of Vancouver may be the best option, hence us considering the above cruise. Thank you for any advice / guidance.

100% AGREE WITH YOU! Always amazes me that people can have such an attitude, notwithstanding the fact that others are trying to help them!
