  1. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the Vision is in NOLA until March 2019. We sail on her out of NOLA on the 16th of FEB. so she will still be there Feb 16th - 23rd 2019.

     

    This will be our first time on this small of a RCCL ship, hoping it will have enough to keep us entertained. We choose it because of the price and because it is only a 4 hour drive from home. Looking forward to it, we love NOLA.

     

    Gina- we just got off Rhapsody out of Tampa and we adored the size! I’m excited Vison is sailing out of NOLA-I hope they keep her there longer!

     

    I believe we live in approximately the same area. We are also in NW FL an hour from the gulf! :)

  2. Sorry but I'm not taking the time to tell every individual who provides me with service that they were an 8 or 9 and they need to step up their game to be 10.

     

    If everyone was completely honest on these Royal would soon change how they viewed the results as they couldn't very well get rid of or reduce the pay of nearly every single worker.

     

    No matter how well intentioned you think you are you are doing everyone a disservice by giving false 10's.

    This is how I feel. When the servers in Chops is bending over backwards for 3 nights to make our dining experience amazing (10) and the waiter in the MDR shoves a menu in my hand, interrupts me 3 times as I’m speaking, telling me what I want for dessert. And when I finally get it out, he doesn’t order me dessert, and I have to reorder dessert, rushes us through supper, never asks if we’d like a drink, or how our meal is. (6) And the food is good, not great (8)

    I’m not giving the MDR a 10. It simply doesn’t help Royal correct the issues, and give better service.

    I was extremely pleased with our recent cruise, however there were great and some mediocre service.

  3. The crew is not suppose to direct your post cruise review. That is wrong. As I understand they are not allowed to mention it to you at all.

     

    I’m very honest. I’m not a complainer, yet I do believe they do not know if you do not tell them.

     

    If your waiter wasn’t great- why let him slide with a 10?

  4. We are booked for April, and the process so far has been pleasant! Great informative emails.

    I do believe they reserve the areas as the reservations come in, as I was told the general area where we would be.

     

    I’m looking forward to this day at the beach.

  5. Seems like everyone's travel agent did a great job except for mine. Maybe they are going out of business?

     

    I wonder if we are using the same company as my communication with them(and I say them because they are large and well known) has been less than stellar lately!
