Norwegian Priority Access - worth it?

Same here. We have 3 cabins and one of the cabins has 3 elders in it, one with a scooter. They won't get on the ship without me but we are in separate cabins. Just trying to figure out if it's worth it for convenience. However, if its not typically honored for boarding and what not, its no good to me. 🙄
