  1. We like to stay at the Holiday Inn Express on 17th. They have new and renovated rooms.  It is very close to Publix and Total Wine.  And we love walking to the port for our cruise. If you are on Princess, it is less than a 10 minute walk. Nice not to be in the herd of people waiting for shuttles.

Krogers offers gas points on the purchase of gift certificates for Carnival, Princess, and HAL. As well as Delta and Southwest Airlines.  I recommend stocking up when they have a 4x promotion.

This is absolutely what we do. Save a dollar a gallon for gas every month for both our vehicles.

EZ Air told me that changing any flights (other than an airline flight change) requires cancelling and rebooking.

You can only book one way fares if you are doing a back to back.  You are able to book a one way fare coming or going).

This is exactly told me last week when I was trying to do the same thing.

  4. Our ship, Sun Princess,is arriving in Southampton on Sept 22 at 7 am. We spend the night there and depart Sept 23 at 6 pm. We are thinking of taking the train or National Express into London for the day on Sept 22.  We will have no luggage with us. How walkable is it from the port to either the train station or bus terminal?  We have used Natl Express in the past and were satisfied. Don’t have anything scheduled in London, as we’ve been there a few times.  Just want to do a little shopping and maybe see a matinee musical.
