    When is your cruise? Mine isn't until May 1 so I guess I won't know mine until after mid April. Can you request for a change of embarkation time if you are not happy with the assigned one? I have Club Orange for my cruise.

    Does anyone know how far in advance of your cruise is embarkation time assign? Do they email time to you or you find out when you complete your online check in?

    Is it possible to purchase a guaranteed veranda stateroom and request for a prime veranda or deluxe veranda stateroom through the cabin upgrade Captain’s Club benefits?

    The airport (in Richmond BC) is quite far from the hotel (in Vancouver, BC), so there is no free shuttle from airport to Pan Pacific. You can hire private transportation to Pan Pacific or you can take the Canada Line from airport to Waterfront stop which is very close to Pan Pacific.

    My TA asked and got the reply that it had to be new booking and not retro. I emailed HAL to see if they would honor the offer retroactively but no reply yet. I think we need to all pressure HAL to apply to any current booking if we have been approved for the credit and not just new bookings. Many of us only became aware of this offer after we booked.

    FYI I read that you cannot use it for casino and Crew gratuities. I still hope HAL will give me the OBC even though I booked the cruise prior to applying for the offer. Waiting to hear if they will reconsider this technicality. OBC should encourage more spending onboard. Will update this post on HAL's decision.

    Saw this offer on their website. Applied and got approved for this then asked how it would be applied to our booking and they said it would only be for new booking. It was not very clear in their ad and we did not read the fine print. Had we known, we would have applied before our booking. Anyone had similar experience? My booking is non refundable so cannot cancel and rebook.

    Can anyone comment on the Aft cabins on deck 5 & 6? Is it worth the upgrade through Club Orange?

    For cabin upgrade in CO, can you upgrade from category VA to VS (aft facing veranda)? We have always stayed mid level and mid ship. Aft cabins are generally more expensive but maybe an opportunity to take advantage of with CO. Thoughts anyone?

    Can someone post a dinner menu from CO? Just wondering if additional choice of entree is meant to be a premium item?
