I like Bailey's in my morning coffee. Does Carnival have Bailey's onboard included in the the drink program?
A few weeks ago the hubby ordered an Irish Coffee I just dont recall if it was Baileys.... But its something comparable. (It was in the coffee bar) I do recall some Irish coffee style drinks on the dinner/dessert menu as well just I dont think it was name brand

Please explain how in your particular case how this occurred? As far as I am concerned, the only way Verifly could speed up the boarding process a "ton" is if they made a special Verifly line
SURE!
I walked up with a total of 6 people including 2 people with developmental disabilities and 2 children. I popped up the app and they scanned the barcode. It showed we had all our documents and we were waved though.
As opposed to the cruise we took only a month prior. They had to hand check/scan each document individually *and for 6 people thats a lot*
So in my case it was about a 90% decrease in time taken. Especially helpful with people with special needs and kids.Ill be using it on my cruise this monday as well and I hope its as smooth as it was 3 weeks ago.

Let me put it this way, I've been on 35 Carnival sailings and I've never been limited....
Youve not hit 15 or your bartenders do not care.
bartenders can override the system *as they have for me* but has nothing to do with package

Went on a cruise 2 weeks ago and I have to say it was incredibly easy to use verifly. it really streamlined my embarkation.
Even let me upload multiple cruises I am booked on

OMG I feel you on the kids running around everywhere. My 12 yr old was in an elevator and told me a pack of kids twerked on her and ran off. WTH. Literally roving packs of delinquent kids everywhere

Im not in your bank account, this is something youll need to decide. Would I do it? YES! im in California and I have a ton of expendable income. But you gotta decide that. I would not go into debt over a vacay. Ever

Girl I feel ya! I took my 9 yr old off the cruise right back when Cruising started up again cause they didnt have anything for anyone under 12 yr olds. Lots of pool and shows?

Thanks all. The crew guarded the bacon on my last Carnival cruise also (Breeze, January 2020).
Small question, so I'll ask it here instead of starting another thread... last I heard Carnival was only serving bacon in the buffet every other day due to shortages. Is that still true or has that gone away? Thanks again!
Some of this info is still valid
I got off the boat Friday
I did see Bacon everyday BUT it was kinda ends and pieces (some pieces were REALLY thick like ham and some thin the way I like)
they had Sausage patties only and Bacon. The bacon was NOT self serve and it was like pulling hairs to get more! My kids were walking around with plates full so I get it
There was ham, benedict (with ham) and patties but NO Sausage links (Im a link fan)

Just got off the Radiance yesterday. NO other straws than candy available.
Mudslide tastes weird with Lime straw 😛
-
I would die to take a cruise alone
-
I just got off the "Spring break" cruise on the Radiance and you'll have no issue getting em in. Both my kids registered themselves on the day of embarkation
-
The second you get on the ship youll be able to use it as well. youll only need your paper boarding pass or room number and you can start using immediately

So FINALLY, our cruise is coming up next week, so I am getting all my ducks in a row...
We are taking the proctored BinaxNOW tests at home. Do I need to schedule an appt with the proctor or can I just call at the time I would like to test? Also, do we have to sit there live with the proctor while the test processes (15 Minutes?) or how does that work? Any other helpful tips I need is appreciated!!! TIA
They are sooooo easy. You can just log in and be connected in seconds! Doesnt seem to matter the time of day, ive done them on multiple cruises *including just last week* with around 12 people in my party. The are a breeze for kids to

So for the 1st day I found it open from noon to 2. Thats when I got it!

Anyone know what time the earliest you can disembark on the Carnival Radiance? We are on a three day cruise in May and I’m wondering about my return flight times.
thanks
I disembarked at 745 am just yesterday (no special exiting except i carried my own crap) I hope this helps! The captain said we could leave at 730 and started calling section A (non priority self check out)

I know that is what the rules say but He buys four/five buckets of beers while by pool during the day. He is usually sharing with friends. He orders mixed drinks at night. That adds up to more than 15 drinks a day.
Yeah I know Ive defo gone past 15 but I think its cause they knew it was the hubby and I? I reached 15 on my last two cruises and they overrode it for me. I can for sure say I about died when they told me I reached 15 at 2pm on one of my days... Mimosas will get you! Be careful!

When the cost of the cheers package is more than your cruise....
Oh I SO feel this line and I still buy it without any regret!
-
Ok so heres what I did.... you get 10% off booking early BUT they will let you buy the package on day 2. So what I did was get up at 8 and grabbed the package and a mimosa, It made our price 100 bucks cheaper!
for me its totally worth it to buy on day one
What I would do for you first timers is just see how much you drink on day 1 and go from there. 🙂

I sailed in Sept and just last week and both were full self service

Just got off the radiance yesterday. it was once a day for us

At the Lido buffet id say 30-40 percent on average of many items from the dining room are there.
I just got off the Radiance yesterday and they usually had one of the soups (Tuesday soup from dinner the wed was mushroom soup), the salad from dinner, at least 2 of the main entrees and a number of sides. Usually one desert. The deserts were BOMB on Lido. WAY better than many years ago and I liked them better than most dining room deserts.
The "try something new" was NEVER on Lido.
The carving station was phenomenal as well, it was never items on the dining room menu however

The sale offer typically needs to be used during the sale time frame (72 hrs for this one from first posted).
Next time, if you see something you might be interested in, book it (go through the motions of booking) and when it gets to the payment screen click the courtesy hold to extend the sale offer (right now my holds are showing additional 96 hrs to decide). This will hold the cabin and the rate, we just did this for a Mardi Gras 72 hr offer for December, well after the sale went off. Sorry you missed out but next time you will know. 🙂
Yes this! do it constantly! I do like 3 cruises a year and I just watch the prices and decide based on what I see ^.^
VIFP offer for Alaska and Europe…it’s like the stock market!
