I have tried a dozen times to enter my OBC request via the app and I get "Unable to redeem unexpected error". No indication of what the error is or what I should do. When I look at status, it does show the request "in progress". Not sure if it really is or not since I kept getting an error. An app/company that has no phone number or chat for support "sucks". Still waiting for an answer via email...
