I had a similar situation with a AARP gift card I tried to use 10 minutes after purchasing. (0 balance) Have your TA contact HAL. Have the HAL rep move the problem up the line. It was at HAL's end where the problem was for me.

Navigator App not compatible with older Android? Since when?

The HAL Navigator app was the fourth app to no long update on DW's Samsung8 phone last year before she finally broke down and upgraded to a new Samsung phone. (of course, my older iPhone6 just keeps on updating.) In the long run using an older version of the app is only a short term fix. -

That was my post. I had talked with Scott McCartney, Chief Customer Officer, at Stockperks and he said they hoped to have a web page by the end of December 2023. I guess it did not happen.

It's a new year and I've added Oceania Cruise ships to the database. A friendly reminder to all users to the database... ******* Best viewed on desktop or laptop. (using a mouse) Steam/Sauna Database As a reminder to all, ANY change you make to the database is auto-saved. There is no temporary change while you are on it. That means if you highlight ships to compare them. It is permanent. If you change the formatting of the data in any way, or for some reason change the order of the ships it stays that way when you exit. The DB then needs to be cleaned up (not that hard to do) but still takes time. Enjoy!

What phones/models are you using? Are your phone operating systems and Navigator apps up to date? (I am not having this problem using my iPhone 6s)
