  1. Does anyone know if this includes retired medical professionals or only currently working?
  2. I'll add that the HAL staff are super nice about people who can't stand in the embarkation line. My mom and I went on an Alaska cruise after she'd hurt her back, couldn't stand for lengths of time, and needed a cane. We never even thought to contact the accessibility folks, but the HAL staff at embarkation noticed that I was holding a place in line while my mom sat nearby and instead had us go to a special boarding area for passengers with disabilities. We didn't have to wait to board at all and just got to go straight on.
  3. I have a related question, if you don't mind me jumping into this topic. I'm looking at a similar itinerary for next year, but it includes an overnight in Skagway before boarding the ship (it's the Y4L cruisetour with the Konigsdam). I'm wondering when you're allowed to board once it arrives in port? The ship is scheduled to arrive in Skagway at 7am. Would we be able to check out of the hotel right away in the morning and get on board or is there a set time for the cruisetour people to board? I'm thinking it would be nice to get our luggage on the ship really early and then have the day to do whatever we want.
