We often do Thanksgiving on X and New Years on Disney (and a few other random holidays here and there). They are some of our favorite cruises. For events like NYE there will often be the "big one" event in a large open area, but much more chill happenings in other places.

That's what Disney does at Port Canaveral, and it works well. They set up queue barricades outside the door with multiple queues with the next three port arrival times. Guests are checked before they enter the queue. They let those queues in at the appropriate time.

The short answer is: because they can. It's priced where they project they will maximize revenue based on balancing the price of the package vs price sensitivity of the guests.

It's actually possible with just one WiFi radio. The Pixel phones don't have separate client / AP radios. They just virtualize one radio into two and set them to their respective functions. It's not too different from how some travel routers do it with their wireless client modes.

Yes. They work better with the iPhone 11 or newer because those models have the Ultra Wideband chip for precision finding, but for basic tracking they will work with any model running iOS 14.5 or newer.

It depends on itinerary. For the Caribbean, I plan for around $700-$800 per person per night during busy periods for an Edge class Sky Suite. It would of course be higher during very peak periods and lower during the off seasons. The Beyond is likely demanding higher due to its newness and the popularity of Captain Kate.
