Hi we are on norweigian epic November it's the first time with ncl I've just had an email asking if I want to bid to upgrade cabin has anyone bid and if so how much above the suggested bidding price should you go ? Tia

We have the free at sea package for Nov do you know how service charge works is it 20% for each drink or is it 20% of the package price which we had for half price and are the gratuities that they add to your on board account a separate thing to the service charges for the drinks would be grateful to her what you think have done many cruises but the is our first with ncl so a little bit confused thanks x

If you have a Alfred's pizzeria on board that's lovely too

We often go to the coffee bar there are lovely salads and sandwiches lovely cakes and then take it into vines wine bar to eat with a drink it's never overcrowded or you can order a drink there and have complimentary tapas

Your lucky to get the email we have been told the reason we wernt notified of the change is because we have a Gmail address dont think they've Heard of a telephone or post ! Really badly handled for all guests !
