This company posts bait and switch rates on Kayak. Today, I found a low airfare to Europe, tried to book, but at payment, it errored out. Tried to rebook and the rates doubled. Hours later, the low rates were again available, and got a booking and confirmation. Over an hour later, got an email from JH at BusinessClass saying too bad, we will not honor your purchase and btw the price is more than double. Later that day after multiple calls and emails, JH and Team Leader LJ stated that the fares were never valid, that they had posted economy fares as business fares. Not my problem. But at this same time they were still posting the lower fares with multiple times, but refused to switch us to those fares. A classic bait and switch. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Buyer beware.
