How do I access this premium Air?

are you all in the same cabin? we have 3 cabins for 7 people at the NCL person I booked with said they do not guarantee that you will all be on the same flight. We opted out of the great BOGO offer simply because we all need to be on the same flight, my father in law and sister in law can't fly alone and I don't want to be on a separate flight from my husband and son (booked in the connected balcony cabin to me and my two daughters) I know it'll cost us more but we decided we needed to travel together from toronto all the way to Rome and then to the ship.

This is where Holland America beats NCL hands down. I can link all my HAL cabins and I can book all the excursions and meals and anything else. I can also book my own airfare through their flight portal to make sure that we are all on the same flight. This is our first NCL cruise and so far I am not impressed with the website or the lack of being able to link our 3 cabins. I am worried about running out of spots by the time I get to the 3rd cabin's account to book it.

We just booked the november 2023 transatlantic trip. this will be our third TA but first time on NCL. Can I ask what the laundry service/cost is like? we are travelling with our 3 children and when we are on Holland America I always buy the unlimited laundry (kids are messy) but haven't seen that with NCL.

how does looking for price changes work? if the price drops you call and rebook? do they just change the price? thanks I am new to NCL
