Hello Shadow,
Technology is always a priority at Celebrity - for our guest experience, our environmental efforts and our sustainability initiatives. We had a tremendous response from guests about our new onboard app that we are rolling out to the fleet, not to mention the incredible response we received about Edge being the first ship to offer stateroom automation and facial recognition.

The decision to begin the Celebrity Revolution was based on the instant popularity of the Celebrity Edge design and deciding to apply the design features to the fleet. Our guests will enjoy stunningly redesigned accommodations, new sanctuaries for Suite Class guests at The Retreat® Lounge and The Retreat® Sundeck. Updated restaurants and lounges, and new boutiques featuring the hottest designer names. Any flaws in design or construction are addressed on an ongoing basis and are budgeted into our construction fees and are addressed daily on each of our ships. The cruise industry has seen continuous growth and demand in recent years and we are thrilled that people are truly understanding how special a cruise vacation is. We are also seeing a trend in guests wanting to explore new destinations and support sustainable travel by patronizing local venues, learning and immersing themselves in local cultures, flavors and sharing their experiences. Sustainable travel is key. We carefully consider our partnerships, relationships with the ports, our destination partnerships and our environmental responsibility. There are so many places to go in the world, and we keep adding new destinations to our list.

Hello everyone,
Each of our ships is designed years in advance of their launch, and guest comments often influence design. This specific request has not come up often, and we currently do not have plans for this type of 2-bedroom suite. I will pass along your feedback as this does sound like a fun option.

We always want to make guest transfers as easy as possibly in every port that we travel to. We offer both transfers and tours from the ship to many locations in Venice and all of our ports.

Hi tvl goddess, we agree about new itineraries!
Just this morning, we announced that in Winter 2020, the newly revolutionized Celebrity Constellation will be based out of Tampa, Florida! Our guests and travel advisors have been asking us to return to Tampa since our last call there in 2007, and I'm excited that we'll be offering more Caribbean island time with these new itineraries.

We will also be announcing other new itineraries in November. Here's a little hint.... we will be returning to Turkey, and announcing an exciting new itinerary in South America!

Although Silk Harvest has been one of our favorite venues onboard, Le Petit Chef has quickly become a guest favorite and will be on all of our ships by the end of this year. This change will be reflected on each ships landing page. Enjoy, I always root for a different person every time I am experiencing Le Petit Chef. Have fun!

We always review deployment and our itineraries, so will keep this in mind. We do have a fantastic new Greenland itinerary and offer a selection of itineraries that include Norway every year, including Iceland and Ireland itineraries.

Hello Orator,
Earlier this year we started to receive feedback from Top Cruisers that the benefits they were receiving for this honor were different based on what ship they were on. We have since standardized our Top Cruiser Award fleet wide which includes beautiful flowers, a lovely bottle of wine, an honoring at the Captain’s Club Celebration and of course dinner at an officer-hosted table.
We are so glad that you are a member of our loyalty community and hope to see you back onboard soon!

Hello, As someone mentioned above, having two users on at the same time is challenging as one change may override the other. My suggestion is to try screen sharing when possible to avoid confusion and frustration throughout the planning process. We have had a lot of guests who have done this to make sure all are on the same page for booking. Thank you for your question!

As much as we loved the UK based program, Jet Set Sail, it was limited to departing from only one airport and it was too restrictive for our guests. Since then, we have dramatically increased air allocations to include many UK airports and our guests now have much more flexibility...and better deals too!
