I love how helpful everyone is on this cruise critic RCI board. You have helped encourage me to get problems resolved with RCI with success, as you are helping here. RCI does care, you just need to get to the right person who can help.

Shout out to Royal Caribbean. And thanks Cruise Critic. Comments on Cruise Critic said to email the CEO if we had unusual problems. My father passed away with a $250 FCC from previous cancelled attempts at a family cruise during COVID. I emailed the CEO and the very next morning I got a phone call from Corporate Offices with condolences and they put the FCC on our upcoming family cruise (in memory of my deceased father). It couldn't be refunded to the credit card because it's been cancelled. PS I am the Personal Rep and gave them the death certificate and my PR paperwork. Very happy with the results.

When will summer of 2024 cruise reservations be available? Looking at Rome June 2024. Thanks!

We are on Symphony of the Seas in Feb 2023. I want to order day passes & excursions for CoCoCay in advance because the price goes up over time. No passes or excursions at all for CoCoCay show up on our planner yet. How far in advance do they open up those reservations? Thanks

The posts are correct about Grand Turk being a beach. However, Amber Cove has a fantastic FREE pool. Clean. Restrooms. Food & drinks to purchase. Kids splash area. Zip line. Big slide. Lifeguards. Free beach chair use; and some shade. I love Amber Cove. Amber Cove's pool is similar to the pool on CocoCay.
