  1. We are boarding the Regal Princess in a few weeks for a transatlantic cruise. Wondering if anyone has been on the Regal Princess in the past month or so and if the Regal has Starlink now? Trying to plan if we will be able to be in touch with family the week we are crossing the ocean before we reach our first port. I appreciate anyones input!
  2. We sailed to Antartica this year from Ushuaia, Argentina across the Drake Passage on a Viking Expedition ship and never lost internet capability. We were in very rough seas in the Drake but we could still connect. We could do wifi calling, emails, get on any website we needed to for work or otherwise for the entire time we were in Antartica, over a week. Viking uses Starlink on these ships and it works great! I agree, if Princess is going to make the claim they have the best Wifi at sea, its time to make a change. We have also sailed Princess two years ago to Alaska and the wifi was terrible.
  3. Thank you for your help! I'm guessing its best to Uber from the airport to the hotel and then to the cruise port the day of the cruise? We get in the day before at 3:15pm so we won't have much time for sights but a few restaurants nearby to the hotel would be nice as well as being fairly close to the cruise port so in the morning we don't have to travel too far to get to the ship. We are on Discovery Princess, As far as budget, mid range is kind of what we are looking for. Thankyou again for your suggestions!
  4. Looking for recommendations for a precruise hotel in Seattle for one night. We fly in the day before our cruise begins. We will be extending in Seattle after our cruise ends. We are planning to use Uber to get to our hotel and to the cruise port. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
