I can see everything on the website but nothing on the app. Only the fact that I have a cruise booked.

Realise this is an old posting, but I am having exactly the same issue as the OP. Have deleted the app, cleared cache etc, but still cannot see my reservations. I, too, seem to be linked to myself! Any updates gratefully received - Celebrity have raised an IT ticket but it’s now two weeks, and I’ve still not heard anything 😐.

Posters to this thread suggest booking a taxi in advance but can anyone suggest a reputable taxi company/driver? We have an 11.30am flight from BCN, the ship docking at 5.00am, so we’re not concerned about getting to the airport, it’s finding a reliable bookable taxi! Any suggestions?

Yes, all the cruises are there on both website and app! Very peculiar. Anyway, my concierge contact is dealing with it through IT.

Any update? Anyone else having this issue? I’m having the same problem. Just booked cruise for September, husband’s app works fine, mine shows the ‘linked’ banner in grey and unable to book anything via the app. Any suggestions anyone?

Thanks for all suggestions. Contacted Celebrity and yes, clubs have to be stored in cabins according to their ‘sorts equipment’ policy.

Thanks. We’re not planning on playing during the cruise, but having a golfing holiday afterwards - hence storing them because, yes, there is very limited space in the cabins! I’ll try and contact Celebrity and see what they say 😐 Plenty of time to plan - not sailing till next January but I like to be prepared! 😁

A golfing question … Has anyone taken sets of golf clubs onboard and then had them stored on the ship rather than in the cabin? Thanks in advance for any replies 😊

Hi OysterD! We were on the same cruise .. we also have the ‘unwanted gift’! Lots of people coughing/sneezing onboard …. Perhaps time for cruise lines to do spot temperature/health checks? Had a great cruise though … enjoying your photos.

As newbies to the cruising life … can anyone tell me if a private taxi transfer takes you directly to Civitavecchia port terminal, or do they drop you off outside and you have to walk? There’s a lot of information out there but it’s all very conflicting .. hence my query to the people ‘in the know’ and have been there before, so to speak! Thanks in advance for any help/information re: embarkation day at Civitavecchia 😊.

Bit confused! So hoping someone out there can help … As Retreat guests, I understand we can board anytime but having just checked in, the check-in procedure forces us to select an ‘arrival and health check’ time slot. We opted for the earliest but can you just ignore this and proceed to the Retreat line at any time? Any info gratefully received …

Thanks. I thought it might be something like that … Does anyone know how much time you should allow to disembark, collect luggage etc? As you can see, I’m a bit new to this. The only other Celebrity cruise we have taken was terminated by the start of COVID … back then it was a case of ‘everyone off as fast as you can and get home’ . Not very reflective of what really happens.

I’m trying to find out what the last disembarking time is with Celebrity. Appreciate that it’s usually itinerary driven, but there must be a common ‘everyone off by’ time! Trying to tie up a taxi booking to the airport but would rather spend time on the ship than in an airport terminal! Any help appreciated.

Watching this post with interest. We are one of the many who cancelled because we could not be assured of being able to quarantine in our booked cabin. So please, fellow cruisers, if you have reliable information, please let us know.
