I have had the reverse happen, as in I got a drink in the theatre but the charge was never added to my account. My only explanation is that when the server was taking my folio number he simply wrote it down wrong, or the server who ran it through the system entered it wrong. I do kind of wonder who ended up with the mysterious long island iced tea charge that they couldn't account for.
