I had booked a cruise for November 2023 yesterday (so technically the day the 10% discount for Sailor Club members was announced) using MNVV. I am currently on the TA crossing, so I went down to deck 7 to ask if I could get an additional 10% off my future trip (mind you, on top of the MNVV offer, I had paid in full for 10% off already)
It took about 30s for the team there to update my booking with a further 10% off the price (so in my case a refund since I had paid in full). I checked my new booking and all my offers are still there (my DBE, my $300 bar tab and the $600 sailor loot from MNV)
