Hi Yes, sorry, it’s the NS from Piraeus on 1st October. What is even more strange is that I believe she arrives in port the day before.

We have just had our HAL boarding time moved to 7pm. Has anyone experienced this before? Although the ship isn’t due to leave until 11pm it still seems mighty late. What could be the reason?

We have bought them on a few cruises but the quality of the classes depends on the instructor. They have ranged from excellent, where the instructor took us under his wing and was very diligent, to an instructor who fell asleep in savasana after a ‘heavy’ night out. The worst was someone who couldn’t remember the (presumably, corporate) instructions and was following them on his phone! The other problem with them is that many classes are scheduled on port days during excursions so it can be difficult to attend. The best gym instructors reschedule for before or after but that’s rare.

Nope. It doesn’t seem to be possible unless anyone knows differently . It’s a real problem if you’re on a back to back cruise and HAL ought to sort it out!

Thank you for your diligent enquiries. Good to know what not to expect in February. I’m feeling hopeful, that despite the lack of pizza, we will still have a newly refreshed ship and maybe well- rested crew too.

That is hopeful - depending on the source of the rumour, of course. There’s something rather nice about a balmy evening on deck with a glass of wine and a pizza…

I wonder if they could put in the pizza venue? That would be a nice bonus!

Any idea what Westerdam will have done in dry dock? 2 weeks doesn’t seem long for anything major…
