Is Edge scheduled to get a refurburbishment this fall? Anyone been on her recently - How is the general condition of the ship? Have heard reports about stains on chusions and ripped chairs. Wouldnt broken and ripped chairs be easy to be replaced without a drydock?

Cant decide between Eden or Fine cut. We are not big seafood lovers..Eden always get good reviews so maybe it is a better choice? Want to hear from people who have been to both

On Edge did you dine at speciality restaurants?

Thanks! Although we loved Wonder and its sense of openness and spaciousness (central park was so beautiful and relaxing at night) we kind of missed more quiet places and less kids. We are couple in our 30s without kids and did not use all the bells and whistles (zip lines, rock climbing…) we are more relaxing in the solarium and by the pool with a drink kind of people. So we believe maybe Celebrity and Edge will be more to our liking.

We did this as well on E class. Got an obstructed view (50% obstructed) on deck 6. Cancelled the reservation and made a new one where we could pick the cabin we wanted.

Will be on Edge in July- our first Celebrity cruise. As we have onboard credit - any recommendations for specialty restaurants? Thinking of trying at least one. maybe two. Considering the Rooftop Grill for the views and ambiance in the evening sailing out from a port.

Which itinerary? We are going from Rome-La Spezia-Ajaccio-Portofino-Cannes-Sea-Palma-Barcelona

Edge in the Med. Was on Wonder last year also in the med. Service on Wonder was excellent.

How is the service at the resort deck? (Have never been on Celebrity before). The bar service/pool service on my last Royal cruise was excellent. They picked up drink orders around the pools and even at the upper decks so we never had to leave our chair. They even remembered our favourite drinks.

Anyone stayed in that cabin? Got that cabin (guarantee) and it is blocked with a big metal thing.

They will most likely also design a cold climate ship in a couple of years that will be smaller than Icon
