  1. Oh my god did the prices go up on the suites!
  2. I understand that these things happen, but we were offered no discount on a rebooking other than $100.00. 10% would have softened the blow.
  3. For those of you who are attacking the original poster, I am in a similar situation apparently. My cruise on the Star was cancelled. When I went to book a substantially similar cruise on the Sun...same number of days and same ports, the cost is approximately $4,000.00 more than what I had booked for. No option to change my booking to another ship or anything, just straight cancellation and an expectation to pay an extra $4,000.00 apparently. I was offered and have a $100.00 future cruise credit which is in my account as per the cancellation e-mail I received. I don't think that is very satisfactory.
  4. That's interesting. Maybe I shouldn't sweat the small stuff and should worry more about whether COVID is going to crop up again. COVID has cancelled my last two cruises 🙂 Thanks!
  5. No, the app won't let me order to pick up at the port either. No review items and the "place your order" button still grayed out. Thing is totally glitched out. It's too bad..I've had cruises in the past where I had no problem ordering the medallion beforehand while everyone else was having issues. Guess it's my turn. I'm kind of surprised that after all this time they haven't ironed out the bugs. Of course, after #3059 posts in the third thread of complaints, I should have known better. Frankly, I'm usually just a lurker around here and only posted because I noticed others were having the identical issue I'm having.
  6. If you pick them up at the port because you could never order, I assume you don't get your name and ship etched on them? They are just generic?

  8. Yes, everything has a check except for the medallion selection. Everything else worked fine so 1,3,4, and 5 are all checked.
  9. I've got green checks next to the first 8 items on the booking.
  10. I've been having the same problem for the last month. Driving me nuts...the "review the items in your cart" section is blank and the "place your order" button is grayed out and not clickable. Very frustrating and a huge waste of time. The Ocean tech support advised they are helping people in the order of sailings so would get back to my case when they get to it.
