Hi all, we are flying in the day before for our cruise out of Brazil. It’s our first cruise in a while and we want to make sure we’re doing everything we can to get on board and have a smooth cruise. We noticed that the online checkin will be finalized when we have the wellness check. Any idea what exactly this means? We are obviously concerned that we will get there and be denied boarding, especially after flying in and all that comes with it. Are we just being paranoid? Also, besides bringing the printed tickets, our passports, and vaccine cards, anything else we should be bringing/doing to make sure we get on smoothly? Thank you so much!

Taking our first Celebrity Cruise a couple of weeks. We have $200 OBC and are wondering how do we redeem it? And in general, what would be the best use of the credit? We already have the standard packages and I don’t think we’ll be upgrading drinks and Wi-Fi (unless it is recommended). Thanks in advance!

We have a nice onboard credit from our travel agent. Already have the standard drink packages, etc. What do you suggest is the best use for the credit? Can I use it while on the ship to upgrade packages? How would that work? Thanks for suggestions!

Hi all. Last time I sailed Celebrity was in the 2010s, so I don’t remember much. We are sailing the Infinity next month and have some questions about the ship, the packages, and the activities. First, what can we expect about generally being on the cruise space-wise? We have sailed on several very large ships and enjoy finding the private areas that such space offers. I don’t remember the ships I sailed before, it may not have been the Infinity. But I do recall a more intimate feeling, and less privacy and space. Is memory serving me correctly? The next question is about the packages. If my wife does not drink alcohol, are the drink packages worth it? Or should I just buy a drink when I feel like it? I read that we also get premium water included, but is that something I have to get at the bar, or is that in the stateroom? As for the dining packages, are they worth it given all the free dining options? Finally, we have two days at sea on this sailing, and a few days where our excursions end earlier in the day. Besides being at the pool or spa, what are the activities like? Are there enough shows to keep us interested? By the way, we are in AquaClass, which I’m not too familiar with, so that might change the answers to the above. Any tips on that are welcomed too.
