I have heard that the Tracy Arm tour round trip from Juneau takes most of the day and most of the time is spent getting to/from Juneau. Is it still worth the $$$?

We will be cruising the first week of August. If you could only do one excursion, would you choose Tracy Arm or Misty Fjord? The Tracy Arm excursion would leave directly from the ship and take us to Juneau after.
