We’re sailing on Wonder on Jan 15 so this is all good to know ahead of time. I was actually really looking forward a lot to the entertainment, but as long as we ready our expectations I’m sure it’ll be fine. We are stuck with a 5pm dinner time in MDR so most of the time we’ll probably explore other options like WJ or Solarium bistro on non-specialty dining days. My last cruise was on Freedom of the Seas in 2009 so this should be a big change. I do remember MDR food being pretty great.

I submitted my passport renewal online on 9/16 and received it in the mail on Monday! Not sure if I just got lucky, but upon submission I was expecting it in 7-10 weeks, not 17 days later! I did not pay for expedited processing

For our upcoming cruise on the wonder we are trying to do some research on some good breakfast options for whenever the WJ is too full. We’d probably rather skip breakfast than deal with crowds first thing in the morning. What does everyone think of breakfast at Johnny rockets compared to WJ and MDR? I know it’s complimentary so I thought it could be an interesting option. What are your favorite breakfast items/venues on the ship?

This reminded me of my first time ever on RCI as a teen, on the first night in MDR all of us at the "kids" table ordered caesar salads and molten chocolate cakes for dessert. We then proceeded to have caesar salads and molten chocolate cakes every night for the remainder of the cruise. I'd say I still get them at least once out of nostalgia, but who am I kidding - they're pretty great
