Well because the Wish, Independence and Wonder are all here right now. It’s going to take an hour to go 3 miles to get to the terminal. So an hour and half drive is almost three hours now.

Why is it ridiculous? That $400 was spent for a vacation to have fun on… Not to sit in a hotel room cooped up bored and still having to shell out even more money for food. We lost an entire day and a port of call.

well people paid for this cruise so not really sure why they should be grateful? That’s the dumbest way of thinking. If you pay for something, you expect to receive. Medical emergency can happen and change thing and that’s okay but your logic doesn’t make any sense. Anyways, everyone will be getting off in a few hours anyways so all will be right in the world once again.

All the things you listed are just refund for the day we won’t be board. A hotel can’t charge you for a night if they are closed so I don’t see why you consider this them offering something? I mean they are obligated to refund us if we can’t even board the boat. The current sailing didn’t lose any days. All they lost was a port of call which was comped with around 200 dollars or more and they have a free day board. So tell me how that is equivalent?

I think it’s okay that people are upset that Royal Carribean isn’t offering anything for canceling an entire day and a port. Yes, it’s a medical emergency and of their control but it seems like the people on board now are getting more of benefits than the people who will be losing an entire day of their vacation. Apparently, they offered you guys 100s of dollar just for missing Coco Cay, but we aren’t even being offered any comps for missing a day or a port. All we are getting is a refund for that day. Royal knew about this for almost 24 hours before letting the next cruise guests know that the cruise was being moved back an entire day…. So yes, some of you are glad you got onboard credit and a free day but a lot of us that are suppose to be boarding to day got the much crappier end of the stick.
