euro cruiser...I think we can totally do the walking you mentioned, if it gets too hot we can take a taxi back to the train station. I have made a copy of your posts. I also was going to ask you what stop do we get off on in Rome but I think you mentioned it's Termini 🙂 One last question... sorry.. Where can I get a copy of the train schedule? Thanks again

euro cruiser... thank you so much!! I was hoping you would see my post 🙂 It doesn't sound that complicated but it still kind of scary..lol Just a couple more questions if you don't mind.. If we miss the 9:16 Frecce direct train how soon can we catch the next one? also what do you suggest is the best way to handle touring Rome? we just want see the famous sites... do we take a taxi from the train station and work our way from stop to stop? any other info you think might be helpful would be appreciated... thanks again

Hoping you can help me... We are arriving at Civitavecchia Port for the day from 8am to 7pm on Wed. June 28.. There are 5 of us and my friend found a tour company that was going to pick us up at the port at about 9:30 am, give us a 7 hour driving tour of Rome and drop us back off before 6:00 pm. Well they cancelled and we've been trying to find another tour but since it's last minute they're either sold out or very expensive! We are contemplating taking the train but after reading all the suggestions on this board I am totally confused 🙂 Would someone please be kind enough to explain the train procedure to Rome and back? Please and thank you!!
